South Beach

South Beach is the area located from 3rd Avenue South to the Canaveral National Seashore.  South Beach is home to the no drive section of the New Smyrna Beaches.  With homes, condominiums and townhouses all shapes and sizes, this is a fantastic area of our island to enjoy the aspects of old Florida.  While the south side of the island is a bit further from the excitement of Flagler Avenue there is something to be said about its secluded nature.  If you have a family or have friends that like the peace and quiet, South Beach may be the place for you.
