Kristin Deaton serves as the Loan Officer at the Ormond Beach Branch for Guild Mortgage. She is responsible for loan origination, recruiting loan officers, and helping you obtain your home ownership dreams! Prior to joining Guild Mortgage in her current capacity she was at Freedom Mortgage in the same role. Kristin was a Personal Insurance Advisor for a large insurance broker. She still maintains her General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance license. Previous to that, she was a Loan Officer and Relationship Banker in the banking industry for a number of years.
Kristin attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and The University of South Alabama, where she majored in Business Administration. She resides in Ormond Beach with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, feeding her shopping habit, traveling to the mountains, and anything outdoors.
Kristin is locally known for being the "Get it done" lender!
