Central Beach

Central Beach is the area located between the North and South Causeways. Central beach offers a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue, with all of the shops, various eateries and nightlife for any person to enjoy.  This area was once full of small homes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms with some condominiums on the Ocean.  While the charm and quaintness of Central Beach is still everywhere that the eye can see it has started to see a transformation in the last few years.  We now see construction of new homes springing up on empty lots and rehabilitation of the smaller older homes is making way for various types of additions and 2nd stories.   If you want to enjoy the beach just head east and you're sure to find a walkover to get you to the ocean, almost every street has one for added convenience.
